Who We Are
We are a group of CEOs that have acquired more than 15 companies and collectively turned around and grown more than 25 companies during the last 15 years. Collectively, we have evaluated more than 200 companies since the mid 1980s. Our entire professional careers have been in dealing with issues relating to companies with annual revenues of $10 to $100 million and on several occasions with companies whose annual revenues were in excess of $150 million.
During the early part of our business adventures and misadventures we looked long and hard to find people that actually had practical hands-on business knowledge that we can use — unfortunately, those we found were "very smart consultants" (charging exorbitant fees) with little practical experience in dealing with "real world" business issues.
So we decided, when the time is right, we would provide that resource to other CEOs and companies that want to create extraordinary results and are willing to learn how to drive their companies to the next level.
Sam Khoury is the founder of this company and is a hands-on turnaround and crisis management specialist... not a consultant but an actual practitioner who has repeatedly risked his entire net worth by acquiring troubled companies and betting that he can turn them around.
Since 1983, Sam and his partners have successfully completed more than 2 dozen turnarounds in a variety of industries including consumer products, industrial products, technology/software, telecommunications, electronics, health care, and education & training.
Sam earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration at the University of Southern California, and his Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School (Los Angeles). A hands-on practitioner for over twenty years, he is the managing partner of both RSK Enterprises, Inc., a business turnaround management firm, and Risk Equity Partners, LLC, an investment firm specializing in acquiring under performing businesses.
